We are a community of divorced dads who support each other through our shared experiences, open dialogue, and honest listening, free of fixing saving, and advising.
We are committed to generating hope in the face of anxiety, fear, and frustration, helping us solve our common challenges.
We are not allied with any sect, denomination, political entity, organization, or institution and neither endorse nor oppose any cause. We are self-supporting through volunteers and donations.
How It Began
Divorced Dad Support was founded by Nicholas Hall, whose personal experiences with divorce and parenting post-divorce inspired him to help other Dads navigate the complexities of separation and parenting.
Nicholas understands firsthand the challenges faced by Dads during this difficult time, including navigating a legal system that can often feel biased, and the emotional toll that can lead to isolation and powerlessness. The reduced time many Dads have with their children post-divorce can also create significant challenges in maintaining a strong parent-child relationship.
Through Divorced Dad Support, Nicholas aims to create a supportive and understanding environment where Dads can connect with others who share similar experiences. The organization provides a safe space for Dads to share their stories, gain valuable insights, and find strength in the community.
